They can then repurchase the "Reset Plan" to continue using the same number and service. IMC does not guarantee a successful replacement, and if unsuccessful, the customer will receive a refund of the application fee.

The fees for replacing an expired number are as follows: Service expired for one to three months: $50 Service expired for four to six months: $100 Service expired for seven to twelve months: $150 Service expired for over twelve months: $200
