The service may be affected by adverse factors, including but not limited to: physical factors (such as building obstruction), atmospheric factors, and interference from other reasons.

1. Is there a transfer fee to IMC?
No, there isnt.
2. How many days does the transfer process take?
In general, if the information is accurate, the transfer process will be completed in seven days after submitting the form.
3. What do I need to know when choosing a transfer date?
The transfer date is the day when IMC services will be activated. It is recommended to carefully review the contract terms with your current service provider to avoid any issues such as early termination penalties. If you have any questions regarding the contract, please consult your current service provider.
4. What information is required for the transfer?
Please provide the same information as with your current service provider, such as name, identification number, and the phone number you wish to transfer. Simply fill out the application form with these basic details.
5. What are the reasons for unsuccessful transfer?
Apart from discrepancies between the information provided on the application form and the data registered with the current service provider, the transfer may also fail due to the following reasons:
Incorrect selection of card type (postpaid or prepaid).
The service with the current service provider has expired or has been suspended.
6. How do I know if the transfer was successful?
IMC will first verify the information provided on the application form. If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If the information on the application form is correct, we will proceed with the transfer process with your current service provider.
If your current service provider agrees to the transfer, IMC will notify you via email of the successful transfer and the transfer date.
However, if your current service provider does not agree to the transfer, please contact them directly.
